Buu is introduced in the series in chapter #460 Majin Buu's Appearance ( 魔人ブウ出現か！？ , Majin Bū Shutsugen ka!? ^? ) first published in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on March 14 , 1994 . ^{[ 2 ]} Here he is presented as an innocent looking pudgy pink genie -like creature.
